Expert (M/F/D) Senior Care Ad Interim

Providing of Expert Knowledge in Senior/Elderly Care for buyer's commercial due diligence in RomaniaOur client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an Expert (m/f/d) Senior Care ad interim for a buying Senior Care company in commercial due diligence phase.
The focus is on analyzing, understanding and evaluating facilities, staff, and residents.Note: This project is part of a tender.
The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project.
Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.Expertise regarding operating facilities: understanding the characteristics of the senior home facilities as compared to competitors (e.g.
physical condition, quality, general atmosphere, etc.)
and identifying the need for refurbishment.Expertise regarding staff utilization: understanding the numbers and categories of staff needed to operate the senior care units, ensuring quality service (e.g.
numbers of qualified nurses, unqualified caregivers, doctors, if any, etc.
), market levels of salaries/remuneration package per type of staff, adequacy of current staff to patient ratio in all units.Regulatory and compliance expertise (with the legal advisor): confirming company's targets are compliant with legal standards in place in Romania.Assessing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operational processes and flows, internal and with external parties, including residents and their families.Understanding the residents' profile (age, specific needs) and the capacity to treat residents with the current/envisaged staff levels, as well as residents' perception of the senior care homes as service providers.Analyzing service quality: improvement potential, strategic topics around business development/exit readiness.Long experience with facility operation and staff utilization topics in Senior Care.Expertise in Senior Care legal standards in place in Romania.Experience with competition, resident profiles, and quality topics in Senior Care.
