At Eni we are looking for an Insurance Activities Management Expert who, within the Chief Financial Officer function and in synergy with the Eni Insurance company, will be responsible for supporting the manager in the activities for the assumption of risks and for the definition of reinsurance coverage. Who will you work with: Eni people who operate in the Chief Financial Officer function have a fundamental role in the definition of scenarios and the medium-long term plan. Among the various professional activities, they offer their contribution by overseeing the processes of administration and budget, finance, merger & acquisition, planning and control, acting in support of the lines for the achievement of business objectives and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Within the Eni Insurance team you will be responsible for: Assist the Head of Insurance-Reinsurance in the implementation of the insurance and reinsurance plan approved by the Board of Directors;Collaborate with the Insurance Department of Eni SpA regarding the implementation of the insurance and reinsurance plan;Assist the Head of Insurance-Reinsurance in the negotiation of (Re)insurance contracts and in the definition of the contractual text;Prepare insurance policies or certificates, interim adjustments, coverage extensions and risk notes;Review monthly operating system records for timely communication to the Administration and Control function;Prepare periodic insurance and reinsurance reports for Management;Handle and respond to queries from reinsurers, brokers, and insureds quickly, efficiently and accurately;Monitor, as applicable to the business, the performance of brokers;Ensure that all (re)insurance documentation is maintained appropriately according to confidentiality, integrity and availability protocol and data retention procedures.This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements: Master's degree in Economics, Law or Management Engineering; candidates with a different qualification, even lower, may be considered if they have significant experience in the role.More than 3 years of experience acquired in the insurance sector; having gained experience in the oil & gas sector will be a preferential qualification.Excellent knowledge of the office package.Good knowledge of the English language.Work Location: San Donato Milanese, Rome
