At Eni , we are looking for an Expert Contract Structuring Gas who, within the Global Gas & LNG Portfolio (GGP), will be responsible for defining standard contracts for the supply of gas for the B2B Italian market (industrial customer segment, wholesalers, hub sales, etc.) and other markets in which Eni operates.
Who will you work with:
The Global Gas & LNG Portfolio integrates the activities of gas supply, LNG and gas marketing to large customers, gas transportation, gas, LNG and Power trading, and commodity price risk management. Professionals in this area have the opportunity to contribute to an increasingly sustainable future.
Within the Contract Structuring team you will be responsible for:
Defining non-standard B2B contracts and contracts for non-B2B deals (e.g. Biomethane, storage deals, transport capacity optimization, logistics contracts, etc.);
Defining the logic and implementation of the contractual template both on IT systems and for the management of non-standard commercial activity;
Supporting deal structuring activities, also by interfacing with third-party counterparts, in collaboration with Sales and Pricing;
Coordinating with other Eni units to define contractual clauses (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Credit, etc.);
Staying updated on Italian and foreign market regulation issues.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:
Degree preferably in law or economics;
Experience of at least 1.5 years in the described role or similar fields;
Experience and knowledge of the European gas market will be considered a plus;
Good knowledge of Word and other MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint);
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus;
Availability for mobility.
