At Eni we are looking for an Expert Consumer Protection who, within Plenitude, will assist the relevant business functions in order to ensure compliance with consumer protection legislation in the many retail activities and initiatives of Plenitude and its subsidiaries, as well as in their institutional activities.

Within the Consumer & Brand Identity Protection team, you will be responsible for: Review and analyze contractual documentation, both directed to customers and prospects and related to partnership agreements and/or sales network management.
Review and analyze advertising communications, including institutional ones, and various promotional initiatives, including prize competitions.
Review and analyze environmental claims related to company products and/or initiatives.
Provide assistance in the event of any proceedings initiated by the sector authorities against the company.
Provide assistance with day-to-day compliance by design activities.
Review the sales and internal customer portfolio management processes, including any relationships with trade associations.
Effectively manage any risks and issues within the projects and communicate promptly to all interested and involved levels in order to direct the appropriate resolution actions.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements: Master's Degree in Law or STEM field.
At least 3 years of work experience gained in the field.
Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered a plus.
Availability for mobility.
