Experienced Staff - SCD Service Manager Lead - Olympic Games MiCo2026 - Milano - Deloitte ConsultingWe are seeking a SCD service manager lead r to join the Olympic team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in Milano-Cortina HQThe SCD Service Manager Lead is a critical role to prepare the operations of the SCD services for Milano Cortina Games, engaging with the local clients and providers to ensure the successful implementation of the service to meet the client's business needs.
The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:• Central point of contact for MiCo26 Organizing Committee for all topics related to the planning, delivery, and operations of the SCD services.• Define the project timeline for the SCD services to be delivered to production for the Test Events, Technology Rehearsals and Games Operation in coordination with the Application Services team in Madrid.• Define the go-live activities for each SCD service considering application configuration and data preparation.• Work with scrum of scrums to ensure relevant project schedules are maintained.• Report regularly on the SCD Project status, risks and issues• Become an expert in the application and the client's business needs so you can lead the conversation around the most suitable application configuration and user processes to meet the client's needs.• Liaise with OIS and other functional areas to ensure a high level of customer support is provided to the end users.• Provide guidance to the Quality Engineering team to help prioritize user flows for testing.and more...Winning Requirements• Minimum 10 years' professional experience, ideally as service manager, product owner or similar client-facing roles.• Knowledge of ORIS, ODF and core SCD applications in major events (examples: CIS, MediaZone/Info, ORP/PRD, OMB/IDK, etc)• Experience in previous Games integration and operation.• Fluent in English, good written and verbal communication skills.Deloitte is a leading global network of professional services firms with over 457,000 people in over 150 countries.
