Responsibilities: Support contract management, preparation of performance profile, and project calculation Fulfilment of the contractually owed service Organisation of management meetings Control and coordination of contract-relevant processes/project disruptions Recognising non-contractual services, creating change notices Creating and tracking supplementary offers Arranging acceptance Client Coordination: Result-oriented coordination with clients and users Methodical handling of clients Convincing presentations Bringing about decisions and approvals Project Lead: Reliable control of the planning process, taking into account the project objective Creation and tracking of a schedule, project calculation Cost control of the planning according to the service phase Coordination of the project staffing/team organisation chart Resource control (monthly) Organisation of the planning team (client, specialist planners, experts, etc.)
