Join the winning team now!As part of an important growth strategy of the ITS department, we are looking for brilliant BUSINESS ANALYST and DEMAND MANAGER to strengthen our Application Product Management team in the Milan/Rome offices.#WinningRequirements· Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles· Demonstrated experience in managing business relationship with internal clients, understanding complex business processes and translate business needs into application requirements· Management Reporting (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.) with strong communication skills.· Native Italian and fluent English speaking· Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel· Outstanding organizational, time management and communication skills· Very high standards of accuracy, presentation and attention to details· Ability to work in a fast changing and challenging environment· Experience in CRM / ERP Transformation projects will be an advantage· Previous experience and/or a strong interest in digital organizations· ITIL certification or knowledge is a plus· Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus · Knowledge of Service management and Project management tools is a plus (e.g. ServiceNow, Microsoft Project)#YourRoleThe Business Analyst/Demand Manager is responsible for identifying and analyzing the needs of internal clients, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring that the Application Product Management team and its suppliers can satisfy the needs with an appropriate portfolio of services and applications. The Business Analyst/Demand Manager also has the responsibility to anticipate and influence the requests for services from the internal clients.
