Experience interaction Designer

What you will do
He / She has an education in interaction and visual domains (product design background will be considered as a plus) and be able to work on holistic design solutions from early-stage idea generation to end design implementation.
As part of the Interaction design team, he / she will be expected to plan, prioritize, and deliver interaction design activities in the context of interdisciplinary projects.
He / She will be mainly involved in the following activities:
- User Experience Journey (retail and Everyday) understanding, cultural and behavioral insight identification, mental model definition
- Analysis of existing solutions and identification of tech solutions / trends and UI Opportunities
- Conceptualization of differentiating, believable and relevant interaction solutions according to multibrand strategy and different user personas.
- Development and refinement of physical & digital interaction experiences from architecture maps/ wireframes to experienceable and testable prototypes.
- Deployment and communication of the physical & digital interaction solution to cross
- functional and multidisciplinary teams.
He / She will have the opportunity to work in an environment that curates a multi-brand strategy (Haier, Candy, Hoover) to be applied in cross product categories, covering a wide range of products, from small to big domestic appliances.
What you need to succeed
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in interaction design or related
- 3+ years of experience in a structured and international environment, in Design Consultancy and/or Corporate Company.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Italian and Chinese are considered a plus.
- Highly developed visual design skills.
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Protopie)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within interdisciplinary teams
- A portfolio of design work ((please submit the portfolio link)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, self-starter who likes to stay busy
- Team player who has a positive attitude when given creative feedback
- Ability to quickly jump from one category to another
