Exhibition Project Manager | Michael Page | Italy International Company, leader in Event Sector, based in Torino.
Main Accountabilities:
Compiles and presents the complete product description of the exhibition project at the launch meeting (concept, strategy, pricing, proposed target markets, potential partners, USP). Prepares the exhibition's project plan (P&L, project schedule, preparation of an implementation plan), which he/she submits to his/her superior for approval and shares information with the partners. Compiles the play of the accompanying programs, selects the partners necessary for the implementation of the programs, supervises the work of the partners to ensure the programs are implemented in accordance with the objectives of the exhibition. Ensures the application of approved list prices and penalties. Coordinates the work of the exhibition teams, assigns and takes account of related deadlines, provides professional supervision of the work of organizers and marketing managers, and continuously monitors work efficiency. Regularly updates the database along the thematic objectives. Supervises and coordinates the work of the agent network and the partners. Participates in the preparation and conduct of related press conferences, selects the venue and participating partners, compiles the appropriate press material and selects the invitees. Takes part in the development of the communication plan for the exhibition in a cost-effective way and gathers recent feedback about the given media and current expectations about the target groups. Acquires key account partners, sponsors, and main exhibitors by prioritizing the most important partners of the exhibitions through e-mail, telephone sales, and personal negotiations. Personally participates in the organization of exhibitions. Plays a leading role in managing the construction, operation, and dismantling of exhibitions. At the end of the exhibition, prepares a written evaluation that meets the specified requirements. Develops the product of the exhibition to ensure that the event continuously meets the changing needs of the market. The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in Entertainment/Events/Live Sector, in similar activities (Project Management, Event Management or similar). Knows how to prepare a project plan (P&L, project schedule, preparation of an implementation plan). Knows how to coordinate a given project and communicate with network and partners.
