**Position**
The Global Lean, Process Excellence, Quality & EHS Leader is responsible for developing and creating a culture of Lean, Quality and EHS strategy that ensures increased customer satisfaction, process and execution excellence, and a strong quality and safety culture across the organization The Leader will focus on creating, supporting, and assisting the improvement efforts tied to the company's most critical business processes, primarily in the innovation, and operations functions.
In addition, the leader is accountable for supporting business improvements, cost out, lean implementation, ensuring a safe workplace environment, compliance and policy focus.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
**Lean Process Excellence**:
- Lead the Aero Alliance Lean Process Excellence organization
- Drive the Aero Alliance cultural brand across the business while achieving EHS, Quality & business objectives.
- Collaborate with the teams to assess Aero Alliance value stream processes and practices as compared to lean company benchmarks, both internal and external.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and project manage implementation, showing benefits and best practice sharing across the total business.
- Work together with GE Vernova, Baker Hughes and GE Aerospace on the lean improvements of critical business processes
- Drive sustainable and recurring EBITDA and Free Cash Flow improvements
**Quality**:
- Shape and ensure the complete quality vision including establishing a quality organization, baselines and key KPI metrics.
Responsible for business achievement of outcomes defined and measured by the designated quality metrics.
- Ensure product quality is visible and actionable across the global network.
Responsible for the planning, developing, directing and implementation of techniques to ensure the maintenance of quality levels in company's products and production processes.
- Senior leader that solutions escalated issues, risks and deficiencies required to achieve business priorities.
- Implement and adhere to the all applicable global regulations across all Aero Alliance sites and ensures others do the same through education and training.
- Ensure compliance every day - QMS, policy, regulatory.
Stay abreast of industry Quality and Regulatory trends and developments.
**EHS**:
- Provide strong EHS leadership for the global organization supporting business goals and objectives
- Lead key EHS strategic imperatives for a large globally dispersed business on operations and a global population of fixed facilities.
- Demonstrate strategic and tactical knowledge to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement and compliance against all applicable requirements (Legal, corporate and customer).
- Provide leadership, support and technical guidance to the Aero Alliance leadership team to assure programs are developed and effectively implemented that provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees worldwide, maintain compliance and protect the environment from the adverse effects of environmental contaminates and hazardous wastes
- Exceed customer expectations, enhance customer relationships and assure business credibility and differentiation with employees, customers and other stakeholders.
- Improve existing EHS programs through simplification and align with Aero Alliance programs and initiatives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- Understand regulatory changes and trends and forecast business impact
- Lead business in complying with all applicable EHS rules, regulations and company policies
- Anticipate business cycle growth and impact while aligning and managing resources for continued success
