Our hotels are located in Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily, Calabria, and Abruzzo, overlooking beautiful beaches, and in Piedmont, within the Vialattea ski area.
We offer approximately 4.200 rooms, and during peak periods, we have around 2.500 employees.

POSITION OVERVIEW In response to business growth and evolving needs, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef for our 5-star hotel .
The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen brigade towards culinary excellence, ensuring a unique and unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
WORK LOCATION The position is open for our 5-star property, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA , located within the Ethra Reserve, in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA).
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation of dishes Develop creative and innovative menus in line with industry trends, highlighting local and seasonal ingredients Implement an à la carte menu with a focus on both local and international cuisines Monitor the preparation and service of dishes, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations Manage food cost control, ensuring financial sustainability without compromising quality Train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment Oversee supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality raw materials Collaborate with other Food & Beverage departments to enhance the overall culinary experience for guests Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation Participate in defining the strategic and operational plans for the Food & Beverage department SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING Solid experience as an Executive Chef with at least 3 years in luxury Hotels/Resorts or gourmet Restaurants In-depth knowledge of both local Italian and international cuisine, with a strong passion for culinary innovation Creativity and attention to detail Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills Strong guest-oriented focus Experience in managing food cost and conducting financial analysis related to the kitchen department Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, specifically applied to the Hospitality industry Strong communication skills and the ability to work in concert with other hotel departments Fluent in both English and Italian Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a plus Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major email systems Willingness to relocate to the work location By submitting your application, you declare that you have read the information available on
