Job overview Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the Head of School, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This pivotal role will oversee the secretarial teams in our Elementary and Secondary Schools and manage all Board and Committee meetings. Acting as a central liaison among the Head of School, faculty, staff, and external partners, the Executive Assistant must exhibit strong organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion.
