Executive Assistant To The Ceo

We are seeking for our Client, a dyinamic Company operating in the Fashion Industry, a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Secreterial and personal assistant to the CEO Filtering CEO'S email Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders.
Office and general organization Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience (5-10 years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional written and oral communcation skills in both english and italian.
Preferred Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently Discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
Salary Package: Expected salary ranges from €38.000 to €45.000, depending on experience.
