Your ChallengeAs an Executive Assistant, your mission will be to support the Business Unit Head of Smart Infrastructure as part of a growing business with exciting challenges and opportunities for development within a collaborative and inclusive environment in the heart of Milan.
Some of the main activities will be: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and speeches to support business objectives. Oversee project and program development, acting as a timekeeper to ensure activities are completed on schedule and to a high standard. Act as a liaison, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Proactively identify and solve problems, providing solutions and support as needed. Contribute to the team by embracing business goals and working collaboratively with colleagues. Manage the calendar and schedule of the Business Unit Head, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Unit Head. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a multinational or complex company, supporting C-Level executives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to work. High level of discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information. Demonstrated ability to think proactively and independently, with a problem-solving approach. Experience working in a team-oriented environment. Passion to never-stop growing. Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Proficiency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy. Preferred Qualifications:Belonging to a protected category (as per Law 68/99).
