Company Description
Total Specific Solutions (TSS) is a leading European provider of IT business solutions with the HQ based in Utrecht (NL).

Our starting point is a base of 4 Business Units and more than 100 employees: RTS Remote Terminal System in Forlì, A.P.
System in Bari, Next IP in Milano and a 4th software company based in Roma will join our group in the upcoming weeks.
At our Italian headquarters in Milan, 10 employees work in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Job Description
The Management Assistant/ Office manager will be a real partner in the company's business and provide a proactive contribution in facilitating processes, communication and information flows within the organization.
The Management Assistant will support the Dutch General Manager, by managing his agenda and business travels.
The resource will also be responsible for the office management of our headquarter.
The job position is part time 75% (30 hours a week).
**Main responsibilities**
- Organization of meetings and company events
- Managing General Manager's business agenda, organization of business travels
- Organizing, supplying and maintaining the office building, equipment and supplies; acting as the contact person for the site, in particular for HR, H&S and Privacy Managers
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Being the face of TSS Italy: Receive visitors and make working in the office pleasant for colleagues
- marketing and sales activities may be required, in support of our Business Development team
- administrative and accounting activities may be required, in support of our Accounting and HR team
Qualifications
**Ideal Profile for the Job**
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Experience >2 years in roles of secretary for international companies
- Autonomous, proactive self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, discretion, confidentiality
- Strong attention to details
