Executive Assistant - Investment Banking - Fixed Term

Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for the Italian Branch of a prestigious investment bank, an Executive Assistant - Investment Banking - Fixed Term The key responsibilities of the role : • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to Head of the function including complex diary management, travel bookings and any logistic that may be required, preparation of external/internal correspondence, coordination of meetings, receptions, lunches and business events, telephone screening, managing confirmations, follow up and telephone recall; • Prioritize within work streams and adapts to changing circumstances, ensuring the daily efficiency, with limited supervision on assigned tasks; • Organization and coordination of meetings with customers, video and conference calls, lunches; • Maintain the general filing system, prepare and archive confidential material and projects documentation.
• Manage ad audit expense reports; The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: - fluent English, both written and oral form; - a previous experience in the role; - good knowledge of Excel.
- French will be considered a plus We offer a fixed term contract of 6/12 months.
CCNL Credito, RAL to be determined according to seniority.
Based in Milan.
