Dassault Systèmes is seeking for Executive Assistant for its office based in Segrate.You will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication across Italy. This position demands a high degree of autonomy, efficiency, and a proactive approach to ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
Role & Responsibilities Deliver top-tier business and personal administrative support to the Managing Director Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist with special projects, including research, documentation, reporting, presentations, and analysis Review and prepare administrative documents, such as approval and signature requests Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain attention to detail Support in planning and organizing internal company events Serve as the main point of contact for internal communication in Italy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute meetings and offsite events Qualifications Approximately 5 years of experience in supporting senior executives Bachelor's degree or high school diploma Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience handling sensitive and confidential materials with care Exceptional organizational and planning skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with stakeholders at all levels Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a team player Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory What We Offer A dynamic and international work environment Competitive salary package and benefits Opportunities for career growth Ongoing training and development Hybrid work contract Diversity statement
