This job role will be directly assisting one of their Members of the Board in the following tasks:Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations;Join the manager in various meetings and PR activities;Manage the calendar and organize trips;Receive international guests and delegations;Coordinate the various tasks assigned by the board members and shareholders;File and maintain office documents and records..Requirements:Brief experience in administrative support in international groups;Language skills: Fluent English, Italian and Chinese are required;Personal skills: communication, work independently, problem-solving;Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;Italian drive licence B2 is required;Job offer:Permanent contract;Salary level according to the seniority of the successful candidate;Relevant career opportunities both in Italy and internationally;Main location: Milan or Province of Lucca (Tuscany).Our Client is a leading company in the production and distribution of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, with a global footprint.Rif.
