Role Purpose Provide administrative support and purchasing expertise to ensure the timely provision of services for effective and efficient maintenance.
Support the organization of congress and events, particularly for needs linked to the Medical Affairs Unit.
Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deals with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and takes care of general administrative tasks.
Involved in strategic planning processes.
Informs, advises, and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines, and services that are specific to the department.
Accommodates customer's specific needs.
Initiates new processes or modifications of processes and coordinates the introduction of new or modified processes.
Acts as project coordinator/manager for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.).
Mentors temporary employees or apprentices or assumes a limited project coordination/management role.
Proactively engages stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met through high levels of customer service.
Effectively manages service vendors to ensure an on-time deliverable system.
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required.
Flexibility and ownership of the overall operations.

What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: Law/Economics/Humanistic Master's degree.
C1 English Level.
Previous 7 years of experience in a similar role.
SAP, ARIBA, MS Teams, Excel, PPT user.
Flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and collaborative approach.
Results-driven and tenacious to get things done.
Nice to have: Pharmaceutical Background.
