The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
The role will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Group CEO and Top Management's working life and communication.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients; Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence; Handle requests and queries appropriately; Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments; Make travel arrangements; Take dictation and minutes; Source office supplies; Produce reports, presentations and briefs; Devise and maintain office filing system; REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports directly to: Group CEO Reports functionally to: – Role with Supervisor responsibility: No QUALIFICATIONS Required Level of education: High School Degree Years of work experience: 2-3 years of experience in structured companies Licences / Certificates: Driving License Languages: Knowledge of English – level B2 Other: n/a Working Knowledge: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office Soft Skills: Discretion and confidentiality; Strong organizational and time management skills; Good verbal and written communications skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Job Features Job Category: General Management Job level: Mid-level position Apply Online First name * Last name * Email * Phone number * What is your motivation to apply for this position?
