Executive Assistant

SEEKING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT POSITION PA duties include organizing and maintaining diaries with precision and making appointments both personal and professional for the director.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, both domestic and international for the team and personal travel for the director.
Must have experience with travel logistics and problem solving.
Dealing with incoming mail and following up communication on behalf of the senior team.
Handle requests and queries appropriately to the team.
Coordinating and preparing shipments of design packs to the factories.
Ability to communicate fluently and in a quick manner with LA, Hong Kong teams as well as with factories in China.
Processing of expenses.
Responding to, and appropriately handling, phone and in-person inquiries.
Basic Accounting experience is needed.
Good understanding of how to manage timetables and deadlines to respect.
Ability to work on your initiative but also as part of a team.
Honesty and reliability and proactive attitude.
Willing to work with people with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and able to meet deadlines, in a calm and competent way.
Problem-solving and detail-oriented.
Must be able to be fast, prioritize and use time effectively.
Must be energetic and positive with a good understanding of how to solve problems and resolve issues.
Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Italian.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft package.
