Your English is great and are you looking for work near Carsoli (AQ)?Adecco Italia spa, is currently looking for an Executive Assistant in Carsoli, near L'Aquila.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
At the end of your path, you will have the opportunity of a permanent employment.As an Executive Secretary, you will play a strategic role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with your exceptional organizational abilities, will be key to your success in this role.
You will also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:Manage reception visitors;Manage incoming calls;Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings;Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;Provide administrative support to the management team;Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations;Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations;Assist with basic accounting tasks;Support the HR office for validation of staff documentations.Requirements:Excellent spoken and written English skills;Good use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software;Basic knowledge of accounting principles;Strong attention to details, ability to work in a team, and prioritize tasks effectively.If you are a motivated and organized person with a passion for providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you.To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and skills.Please keep in mind that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
