The position: We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Corporate Legal Affairs & Compliance Executive Director in a leading pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the General Counsel and internal/external clients.Liability cycle focal point responsibilities for the Corporate Legal structure and related areas. For these areas, has responsibility for annual budget planning and forecasting and directly performs necessary management activities such as uploading to the SAP application, screening of project estimates and issuance of RDAs, periodic verification of project progress and services rendered up to order closure, receipt, verification and approval of invoices, month-end management accruals, month-end assessments.Manage incoming calls, take messages, and route correspondence efficiently.Handle and prioritize requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.Maintain and organize the General Counsel's calendar by scheduling meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company operations.Perform daily purchase requests for the Legal team, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field is preferredProven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial positionFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresExcellent knowledge of MS Office and understanding of TNSJ and SAPProficiency in EnglishAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadHigh level verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityCompany: Alfasigma is a pharmaceutical company, born in 2015 from the merger of two historic Italian companies.
