Role and Responsibilities: As a KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader you will:
Deliver highquality teaching and learning experiences in KS1. Lead and manage the KS1 phase providing guidance and support to colleagues. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans. Monitor and assess student progress ensuring all pupils achieve their potential. Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. Collaborate with parents carers and external agencies to support student wellbeing and achievement. Contribute to the wider school community including extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1. Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management. Excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
