Within the EWS Operation Global Organization, your mission, inside the leadership team (reporting directly to EWS Operations VP), is to guarantee Top Class Manufacturing Performance is continuously pursued.
In this position, you will manage the two Italian locations (AGRATE EWS and CATANIA EWS) and be responsible for almost 500 people (Direct and Indirect workforce). You will be leading this organization, in a dual role, relying on the existing EWS AGRATE Manager while directly exercising your management skills on CATANIA EWS Departments acting as EWS CATANIA Director.
You must guarantee the perfect coverage of 3 main areas:
Operation Orientation: Safety and Security in the work environment
Salary policy of AGRATE and CATANIA EWS
Implementation of all strategic actions and execution plans for improvement in order to ensure Top page and OKR's in line with GLOBAL EWS Targets
Achieve the Industrial performance in alignment with Production Plans adherent to CORA and BUDGET defined at BEMT Level and GLOBAL EWS
Business Orientation: Liaison with all ST Divisions, Central function to define and put in place all actions needed to be in line with Company, BEMT and EWS Targets
Apply your leadership style in creating a strong partnership with all major stakeholders
Ensure EWS readiness to satisfy all Divisional and Technology roadmap developments
People Orientation: Define and lead all activities to improve people engagement and productivity
LEAN program implementation and sustainability
Internal and external benchmark promotion
Training plan definition and deployment coordination
Support HR in applying Human resources processes
Profile Required:

Education Level Required: 5 - Master degree
Experience Level Required: Over 10 years
