Our International Expansion team is a small but highly strategic team in charge of launching and supporting Everli's growth in new markets.
As part of the International Expansion team, we are looking for an International Expansion Strategy Associate who will play a key role in shaping Everli's International strategy, as well as working on critical projects across the countries.
Expect the work to be challenging, varied and analytical.What you will do:
You will run continuous market researches and competition monitoring related to the three main components of the marketplace (demand, retail, supply); You will be very proactive and autonomous with international analytics, insights and business cases preparation in order to move the international business and product forward; You will be step ahead on what the business needs in terms of growth opportunities in our international markets; You will improve processes and day-to-day efficiency of the international department.You will lead and improve things like periodical reports of every Country, HC planning, country strategy docs and other country processes so the are easy to use and high standards; You will be considered as top-notch support for countries in developing business analysis, local commercial decks or give support in specific projects or gaps to be filled; You will coordinate bestpractices, be the point of contact and refine the playbooks (in partnerships with other central teams) for the international expansion to help drive the coverage and penetration objectives of the current countries; You will supportexecution of complex cross departments/markets projects autonomously with success (product requirements analysis/rollout, etc.

You have a Master of Science in Business Administration, Management Engineering or other analytical/scientific backgroundYou developed around 3 or 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or high-demanding fast growing companiesYou have a high proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite proficiency (sheets, slides); You have strong businessjudgment and ability to understand and frame a wide range of problems and opportunities, identifying key questions, breaking them down into logical components, executing high-quality qualitative and quantitative analysis and delivering practical insights/recommendationsYou have excellent project management skills:
