Context and purpose of the job
As a member of the Events team, you will be at the forefront of this process, from conceptualizing unique corporate events to overseeing the smallest logistical details. With responsibilities that include event production, vendor management, cross-departmental coordination, and budget oversight, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand's vision to life.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute corporate events and special projects
Oversee the comprehensive organization and coordination of all the events, including events' production, location scouting, logistics, catering, invitation and materials production, shipment coordination, and performer management
Define planning and deadlines
Research and select suppliers (e.g., production agencies, logistics agencies, catering, casting, PR agencies, etc.)
Manage, supervise, and negotiate contracts with external suppliers
Coordinate with internal departments to support project development
Manage and monitor events budget, including invoice follow-up
Preparing pre- and post-event presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Must have skills Previous experience in Events within luxury-fashion companies
Degree in Communication
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Creative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to have skills Previous international experience
Knowledge of French
