An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS HQ as Events & Special Projects Specialist, who will be a part of Marketing Department and will be involved in all related activities of the events production, coordination of special projects and general marketing back office administration.

Key Responsibilities Events & Special Projects Create and maintain events and special projects retroplanning timelines, time & action schedules.Support in event vendor status and follow up.Support in preparation of event creative review and concept presentation meetings.Support with travel-oriented events logistics including flight bookings, car bookings, hotel bookings.Coordination of site visit trips to optimize schedules and align local partners on itineraries. Marketing Coordination of weekly brand marketing/channel/merchandising meetings, bi-weekly regional marketing meetings, monthly global marketing meetings, fashion show and special project meetings.Support meetings assisting with development of agendas, taking detailed notes, capturing key decisions, action items and follow-up tasks and distributing minutes to team members.General marketing administration including invoices processing and expenses tracking.Management of marketing office services (hardware, software, office supplies, office access). Qualifications Fluent in English.2+ years in international marketing, ideally with a luxury or consumer brand.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.Understanding of international business culture, diplomatic skills.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Project management and event logistics management experience.
