EVENTS LOGISTIC SPECIALISTAgency: Havas Events Milan
Job Description Summary: Works alongside the account handling teams on client meetings and events, and is responsible for supporting with the organisation and management of venues, equipment, logistics and travel.
Main Purpose: The LOGISTIC SPECIALIST will report directly to the Head of Logistics. He/She/They will support the team on event planning and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage services provided by Havas Events Milan for domestic and international destinations which include:hotel scouting and sourcingvenue scouting and sourcingfood and beverage managementteam building proposal and developmentground transportation supply and coordinationonsite support during site inspections and eventsorganizing secretariat supervision and coordinationcollaborate with other business units within the Havas Village during the programming and testing process of registration websitesSkills & Experience: Outstanding organizational skillsMulti-tasker who works well under pressureKnowledge of the event's industry terminology and practicesExperience in event's logistic managementExcellent PC skills and a very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications3+ years of meeting planning and project management experienceFlexibility with international and domestic travel for meetings and events as and when requiredFluent in English is mandatory to apply for this job offer (other language skills are appreciated)Job Offer: Permanent contract
