Hybrid Agency: Havas Events Milan Job Description Summary: Works alongside the account handling teams on client meetings and events, and is responsible for supporting with the organisation and management of venues, equipment, logistics and travel.
Job Description: Main Purpose: The LOGISTIC SPECIALIST will report directly to the Head of Logistics.
He/She/They will support the team on event planning and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage services provided by Havas Events Milan for domestic and international destinations which include: hotel scouting and sourcing venue scouting and sourcing food and beverage management team building proposal and development ground transportation supply and coordination onsite support during site inspections and events organizing secretariat supervision and coordination collaborate with other business units within the Havas Village during the programing and testing process of registration websites Skills & Experience: Outstanding organizational skills Multi-tasker who works well under pressure Knowledge of the event's industry terminology and practices Experience in event's logistic management Excellent PC skills and a very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications.
