We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Events Intern.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizing upscale events within Villa Sant'Andrea Belmond, a prestigious 5-star hotel, contributing to a world-class guest experience: RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events hosted by the hotel. Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics, ensuring seamless event operations. Interact with clients, vendors, and guests to provide exceptional service and address inquiries. Contribute to the creation of event proposals, budgets, and timelines. Support in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards. Aid in the coordination of catering services, audio-visual requirements, and other event-related aspects. Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold the hotel's luxury standards in all event elements. Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share feedback. Requirements Basic proficiency in Italian (mandatory) and fluent in English, with knowledge of French being advantageous. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Familiarity with luxury hotel standards and a keen interest in the events industry.
