Events Execuitve Purpose
Responsible for the execution of European third party and proprietary events.
Key Responsibilities Executing local proprietary events including conferences, roadshows, summer and winter parties with a focus on Italian events, supporting the European teamSupporting client visits to M&G's UK HeadquartersEnd to end delivery of third party events and trade showsManagement of internal events and offsites for global distribution alongside the UK Event Executive (Christmas parties, offsites, annual awards dinners)Work alongside Global Events Lead and Senior Event Manager to support the delivery of cross channel, flagship events that take place in LondonEvent support to include:Creation of event briefsSpeaker booking and Fund Manager liaisonVenue sourcing, liaison and bookingManagement and tracking of event budgets and invoice logsCreate holistic event communication plans and execute communication; including CRM management, creation of microsites and email creation through Eloqua ensuring all meet with industry policies and best practiceOn-site event delivery to the highest standards, dealing with any real-time issues effectivelyBooking speaker travel and accommodationCreating speaker itinerariesManaging all client transfers for global eventsPost-event evaluation including analysis, review and driving improvementStrong understanding of compliance requirements for event collateralEnsure that all event activities and comply with G&H requirements and local regulation Knowledge & Experience Very good English language skills essentialAdditional languages advantageous, particularly German, Spanish or FrenchExperienced events executive/coordinator - preferably within financial servicesProficient in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Salesforce, Teradata and Eloqua systems Role Attributes An ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines as well as an ability to prioritiseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and ability to multi-taskResilience and determination and an ability to think quickly to overcome problemsAccuracy and attention to detailFlexibility and willingness to travelAn adaptable approach to work Qualifications
Educated to degree level or with relevant on the job training and experience
