Event Manager

who is creative and flexible, with negotiation skills, organizational talent, drive, team spirit and lots of initiative.
Main tasks:
- Conceiving, planning and implementing events for the Museion audience, with a focus on the exhibitions and the Museion collection
- Coordinating autonomous and independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to create formats that serve to promote the region's subcultures
- Managing venue hire for cultural events
- Managing the necessary permits for events with various institutions (preparation and exchange)
- Managing event content for the website and/or various online platforms
- Organizing and preparing presentations for events - General support to the department manager

Requirements:
- Several years' experience (minimum of two years) in project or event management, preferably in the field of arts and culture (university degree is a plus) - Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions
- Interest in new trends in urban areas with emphasis on music, art, and entertainment
- Open and communicative personality
- Knowledge of MS-Office, business skills, excellent ability to organize and coordinate teams with diverse needs
- Fluent command of Italian, English and German language
