Event Manager

Main tasks: - Conceiving, planning and implementing events for the Museion audience, with a focus on the exhibitions and the Museion collection- Coordinating autonomous and independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to create formats that serve to promote the region's subcultures- Managing venue hire for cultural events- Managing the necessary permits for events with various institutions (preparation and exchange)- Managing event content for the website and/or various online platforms- Organizing and preparing presentations for events - General support to the department managerRequirements: - Several years' experience (minimum of two years) in project or event management, preferably in the field of arts and culture (university degree is a plus) - Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions- Interest in new trends in urban areas with emphasis on music, art, and entertainment- Open and communicative personality- Knowledge of MS-Office, business skills, excellent ability to organize and coordinate teams with diverse needs- Fluent command of Italian, English and German languageWe offer: - A welcoming and dynamic work environment together with a competent, friendly and engaging team - 14 monthly salaries (CCNL Tertiary Contract)- Flexible hours- The possibility for partial smart/remote working- Meal vouchers- Professional trainingIf your profile matches the position we are looking for, send your application to by May 12, 2024, with your CV, a photo, and a motivational letter.Applications that do not satisfy the requirements will not be considered.
