Event Management Venue Communication Centre Intern

Position: Within the Games Delivery area, the Deputy Venue Intern supports the Event General Manager in the planning and coordination of the competitive sites and/or Ceremonies that will host the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including oversight of all services made available to the Games.

He/She will:

Receive problems that might arise and report them to the persons in charge; Be the person in charge of disseminating the different types of communication who is aware of any critical issue; Correctly identify the communication receptor; Distribute service reports to the different communication channels according to the Communication Policy; Maintain communication relationship with the MOC (Main Operation Center). Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Pre-internship experience in a complex organizational environment is nice to have; Very good spoken and written English; Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus; Knowledge and daily use of major MS Office tools; Excellent problem-solving skills; Positive attitude; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to manage a large team.
