Event Logistics Lead (Big)

For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for an Event Logistics Lead.Location: onsite in Milan (Italy).
It might be required to travel for a few days/month.Key Responsibilities:• Develop logistical elements for event staff prior to and during the tournament;• Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials (as required);• Support recruitment of Event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials;• Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials;• Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions (as required);• Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs;• Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments;• Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management.Preferred Skillset/Qualifications:• Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles;• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents;• Experienced in managing vendors and third-party stakeholders.
