Event Logistics Lead (Big)

For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for an Event Logistics Lead.Key Responsibilities:Develop logistical elements for event staff prior to and during the tournament;Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials (as required);Support recruitment of Event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials;Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials;Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions (as required);Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs;Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments;Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management.Preferred Skillset/Qualifications:Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles;Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents;Experienced in managing vendors and third-party stakeholders.Location:Onsite in Milan (Italy).
It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
