Event Intern

**Job Summary**
The purpose of this internship is to support the Manager in implementing event activities for Italian Schools.
In this role the Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of on-site activities and in organizing promotional and institutional events, under the supervision of the Manager.
**Key Purpose of the Job**
The Intern will support the Manager in organizing and promoting events and maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers.
He / She also has:
- To support the Manager in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases;
- To support the Manager in designing events in all its aspects (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.
);
- To plan and implement an effective communication strategy regarding the Event and creating reports;
- To manage and update contacts database;
- To supervise and monitor the success of the event.
**Skills and Education**
- Degree in Marketing and Communication or Humanistic disciplines;
- English proficiency - knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Office Proficiency;
- Past experience in a similar role is a plus;
- Problem solving and Team Player;
- Accuracy and precision;
- Strong interest for fashion and Arts Area.
