Your responsibilities include: Supporting in the organizational part before the event.Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.Overseeing every moment of the event.Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests is always at the top.Taking care of post-event guaranteeing that our guests are leaving with a smile.Issuing the bill and making sure the payment enters correctly.
Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and events.Previous and proven experience in the role.Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.Excellent communication skills.Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Impeccable grooming standards.Versatility in handling various work scenarios.Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
