PositionWithin the Europe Department in Rome, we are searching for the Europe Merchandising Senior Manager.The position will report to the Europe Managing Director and will supervise a team of local Merchandising professionals, while closely cooperating with the WW Merchandising Department.In strong partnership with the Europe Managing Director, he/ she will champion a unified product merchandising strategy across the Region, ensuring all local merchandisers embody "one voice" to strengthen brand presence and propel market growth; he/ she will supervise and support local teams to align with WW Merchandising global strategy, while responding adeptly to regional nuances.Job ResponsabilitiesAccountabilitiesAct according to the "one voice, one strategy" approach: represents Europe merchandising perspective during novelties forecast, Business Week, roadshows and assortment revision phases, and mirrors it in budget allocation and 3YP (Three Year Plan) definition.Monitor and analyze aggregated data on sales to create effective and cohesive merchandising stories, push slow movers and promote best sellers.Constantly liaise with local Merchandisers and key Store Managers to collect feedback on products and on clients' reactions, thus providing insights to Region Director and WW Merchandising for follow up.Prepare and distribute guidelines for briefs and reports to Local Merchandising, thus ensuring all regional Store Managers and staff are completely aware of new products, merchandising guidelines and sales analyses.Provide inputs and guidelines to Local Merchandising for monitoring competition assortments, creating trend reports and providing competitive analysis and research.Align with WW Visual Merchandising to orchestrate and refine product display strategies that captivate client interest and drive sales performance, in coherence with existing merchandising levers.
