is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres for the position of General Manager Food Ingredients Europe .

Location: Northern Italy onsite

This is a Business 2 Business job, please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and vegetables and other value-added Food Ingredients and not FMCG.

You will be in charge of: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.

You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.

You have experience in Europe.

Develop strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan, Market share objectives.

You are able to lead a bigger team: Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.

To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.

To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.

MBA from a reputed Institute, 15-20 years' work experience in the Food B2B industry.

To be responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with a focus on top line and bottom line performance, increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.

You speak, besides English, also other local languages like Italian.

Tasks
This is not a FMCG job; this is not a job for GMs for Hotels.
