Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment Consultingis searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global network of plants, sales offices, and RD centres for the position of General Manager Food Ingredients Europe.Location: Northern Italy onsiteThis is a Business-to-Business job.
Please apply only if you have experience in flavours, colours, extracts, dried fruit, vegetables, and other value-added food ingredients, and not FMCG.You will be in charge of sales, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, RD, and NPD.You are a specialist in food ingredients.You have experience in Europe.Develop strategies and formulate annual business plans, including market share objectives.You are able to lead a larger team: finance, operations, sales business development, RD, NPD, etc.Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.Focus primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.Ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.MBA from a reputed institute with 15-20 years of work experience in the food B2B industry.Responsible for driving the entire business operations for the food business with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance.Increase revenues and augment profitability.You speak, besides English, also other local languages like Italian.Requirements:Please apply only if you have experience in a GM position in Europe for food ingredients.
