Euronext Clearing - Senior Operations Change Officer We are looking for a Senior Operations Change Officer to join the Clearing Operations Team.
The position will be based in Roma, and start from December 2024.
You will report to the Clearing Operations Manager.
Our team performs a cross-functional role within the Operations team and is primarily focused on the following activities: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate changes, and address concerns Coordinate tests and all other preparatory activities prior to the project go live Support and coordinate internal readiness and client readiness in the context of a project Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage the project portfolio and project manage for the Operations the different projects of the Group impacting Euronext Clearing Coordinating the different projects gap analysis Supporting the deployment of the roadmap of transformation for the team Experience +3/5 years of experience in project/programme/portfolio management and/or in consulting firm Strong interest and skills in Projects / Portfolio management Education & Knowledge Master's degree in Finance, Management or Engineering Awareness of financial markets and/or IT is a plus – as well as a first experience in consultancy firm Consultant profile and related mindset Full proficiency with Microsoft tools (mainly Power Point and Excel) Profile Analytical skills and ability to think conceptually Rigor Proactive attitude and curiosity Team Player with ability to work in a virtual team to achieve common goals Innovative mind with strong conviction and structure Good organizational skills and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Know how to organize workload, large projects, set-up and animate efficiently meetings Capable of understanding and interpreting a new subject or issues and progress in a complex environment Pragmatic, result / solution oriented and autonomous Good command of spoken and written English Working with Euronext means: Be part of an agile, innovative and dynamic organisation, where you can have an impact and grow Opportunity to grow A vibrant international and diverse environment Wellbeing programme, equal opportunities, work environment open to diversity in all its forms We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
