Key Accountabilities
Act as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters and ensure an efficient incident management process, escalating issues in an accurate and timely manner. Provide client support and follow up on all questions or issues until resolution, regularly informing the client of progress, notably when in-depth analysis is needed. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives. Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices, assessing and selecting improvement opportunities that provide long-term value and minimize operational risks. Contribute to operational enhancement projects, review specifications, create terms of reference for upcoming products and initiatives, support clients during developments and tests, and execute conformance tests with clients. Your Profile
Strong financial background and a good knowledge/understanding of the various activities of Euronext's direct and indirect client base. Prior relevant Client Services experience. High standards of service delivery to clients and the ability to create strong relationships. Strong analytical and organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude. Experience with project management and the ability to monitor. Strong verbal communication skills both internally and externally. Additional Information
