Promote standard work based on design schema, implementing clear stages and decision points in the Engineering processes, as well as change management practices. Focus on Quality, ensuring that all required critical to quality controls are in place to relentlessly execute our tender and order backlog. Collect proposals from our Engineering Community on how to improve our design tools, scrutinize them together with the Engineering Management Team before they are submitted to R&D for development. Establish appropriate KPIs to monitor the implementation of our processes and tools and initiate the required improvement initiatives in case of deviations. Guarantee that all required documentation, training, and tools are in place so that all Engineering Teams work in synchronization and that projects can be seamlessly transferred from one location to another. Keep in mind the big picture and collaborate with other functions, especially Sales, Operations, and Procurement: have Engineering seen as part of the entire value chain.
