The **Senior Product Manager (Platform) **reporting to the Senior Director of Product you** **will be responsible for product planning and execution, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and acting on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements.
The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert defining the product vision, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that projects are delivered, and revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager's (PM) responsibilities include:
Vision
- Define and continuously refine a roadmap tied to organizational strategy, including milestones and phases.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to influence the strategy of your product(s).
Execution
- Create business cases for new products/features.
- Work with your product owner(s) to ensure proper design, roadmap execution, user story creation, and refinement for proper execution and backlog priority.
- Work with other Product Managers to manage dependencies.
- Work with sales and marketing to design go-to-market strategy, training, and materials.
Growth
- Be a product evangelist for the vision of your product(s) both internally and externally.
- Package and price products based on current customer data, previous sales data, market intelligence, and other data points.
- As a part of the product team, be the owner of the customer with a purpose of increasing customer engagement through products delivered.
- Gain VOC (internal and external) on the product(s) to ensure user adoption.
- Experience working with device connectivity/IoT/asset management products.
- Previous success in building a global platform/ecosystem composed of micro services and APIs.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS business environment.
- Previous success in creating and executing a go-to-market strategy.
- Experience with Agile planning and development frameworks (SAFe is a plus).
- Product Manager certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with product packaging and pricing in SaaS business.
