We're currently looking for an excited and talented EU Customer Quality Champion Stellantis to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
- Discuss with the customer all problems related to the product both in process and in operation made by the BCS plants for the Stellantis EU customer, checks on the vehicle the performance of the system in which the products are inserted to diagnose precise defects;
- responsible for managing relations with the Stellantis EU customer regarding quality issues for the entire organization;
- Know the internal production processes and at the suppliers for a correct assessment of the risks that may involve the company in car rehabilitation actions caused by non-compliant processes;
- Support in the process of dispute due to returns from the field for defects from a technical and economic point of view.
The activity requires in-depth knowledge of the Customer and his methods of dispute on the supplier;
- Support the customer with periodic visits, being an interface between all BCS-AIS plants and all Stellantis EU plants;
- Support the coordination of the updating activities of the Customers' WEB portals and BCS-AIS
- Quality system management

For this role we're requiring the following experiences:
- Experience 4-5 years in the role at automotive companies;
- Specific technical skills: production processes, measurement techniques, audit format, IATF 16949, Line Walk Audit, customer specifications, customer management, CI systems, ISO standards, flow management for processes, technical drawings, control plans, work Instruction Chart, DFMEA / PFMEA, English language;
- Soft skills: proactive, good communication and relational skills, leadership.
