A propos de vos missions We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Junior Specialist, based in Europe (close to our main operations in France or Italy), who will be primarily responsible for:
Conducting internal reviews and investigations (Experience in investigation is compulsory).Partnering with the other team members and various organizations in the regions to proactively contribute to the continuous identification of Ethics, Compliance & Privacy risk areas, risk mapping updates, and actively participate in the communication and training strategy.Helping the team to develop, deploy and communicate elements of the Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Program(s) throughout the Company's organizations.Supporting and drafting policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations as appropriate, on a wide range of Compliance, Ethics & Privacy topics such as conflicts of interest, bribery and corruption, gifts and entertainment, third party due diligence, data privacy and data security, insider trading, antitrust, discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing. The role involves frequent interaction and cooperation with other involved organizations (e.g., Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.);Maintaining up to date the activity tracker and monitoring tools for the Compliance, Ethics & Privacy team.A propos de vous A minimum of 3-4 years of successful experience, both in private practice and/or in-house, in an international and multicultural environment.Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with excellent judgement, maturity, flexibility, and confidence.Capabilities of conducting compliance & ethics reviews and audits.Ability to develop and deliver awareness, communication and training modules at all levels, adapting to culture differences and seniority levels.Good common sense.Team player, flexible, proactive, and pragmatic "doer" with good common sense.Excellent writing, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multi-tasks and to work on tight deadlines.Ability to work well in both a team and individually.Works well under pressure with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.Ability to adapt in a dynamic and complex environment; to manage multifaceted projects, to set priorities and inspire others.Strong attention to details and ability to develop and implement workflows and processes.Languages: Fluency in English, and Italian (compulsory as the candidate should be able to lead internal investigations in Italian).
