Job DescriptionAs AUTOSAR Expert, you will join our team in Turin, responsible for steering pre-sales and post-sales activities across Europe. With your keen understanding of client needs, you will guide our European customers in building their automotive software architectures while coordinating the internal activities necessary for the delivery of the ETAS AUTOSAR Solution. Your deep AUTOSAR expertise will enable you to provide trainings, knowledge transfer and support to our Customers, empowering them to use ourhigh-quality, optimized, safe and secure AUTOSAR toolchain for safety/performance critical use-cases, such as engine control modules, battery management systems and high-performance network gateways.
Key responsibilities Establish and maintain solid and trusted relationships with ETAS' customers in Europe.Coordinate internal activities for customer projects and support, actively participating with your expertise when needed.Deliver AUTOSAR Trainings and customized knowledge transfer activities (Coaching) to our customers.Address customer requests and answer product-related questionsAnalyze reported issues by recreating customer environments, reproducing them, debugging software and developing fixes/workarounds when necessarySupport product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations with our customersCollaborate with the Product Development team to understand customer requirements and pain points.Educate customers and colleagues on how to use and integrate our software by using and creating example code.QualificationsRequired Master's degree (or PhD) in Computer/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalentProficiency in AUTOSAR ClassicStrong knowledge of Real-Time Operative Systems (RTOS)Familiarity with automotive MCU targets (e.g., IFX Tricore AURIX, NXP S32, Renesas RH850, Power Architecture) and related Compilers (e.g., Hightec, GHS, WR, Tasking)Experience with C software development on Embedded systemsFamiliarity with common automotive vehicle networks (CAN, Ethernet, LIN) and diagnostic protocols (UDS)Understanding of ISO 26262Strong motivation, curiosity, and customer orientationExcellent spoken and written communications skills in Italian and English.Preferred Proven background in commercial support with at least 3/5 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Technical Sales, or consulting role.Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to bring together, coordinate, and lead different stakeholders to ensure project success.Willingness to travel as needed.Additional InformationWorking at ETAS means hands-on experience ondesigning, developing, testing and releasing hardware & software productsthat are enabling applications to run onbillions of vehicles over the world, and in the cloud.Your personal contribution makes the difference.
