If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you.We are currently seeking an Estimating Pipeline Engineer Junior, reporting directly to the TEN Italy Solutions Fano Office Department Head to join our engineering team based in Fano, Italy.About the JobThe Estimating Pipeline Engineer is responsible for developing and preparing cost estimates for pipeline projects.
The role involves analyzing project requirements, developing cost models, and providing technical support to project teams during the bidding process and/or during the design phase.
The Estimating Pipeline Engineer works closely with project managers, proposal managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are accurate and comprehensive.Key Responsibilities:Develop cost estimates for pipeline projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the scope of work and project risks.Develop cost models and perform cost analysis.Provide technical support to project teams during the bidding process, including reviewing bid documents, preparing bid packages, and responding to bid inquiries.Provide technical support to project teams during the design phase, including bill of materials preparation, request for quotation preparation and schedule.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are accurate and comprehensive.Prepare and present cost estimates to management and clients, including detailed breakdowns of costs and assumptions.Collect feedback from site, analyzing construction contracts and costs.Availability to travel for meetings and site surveys in Italy, a few days every month on average.We offer you not only a job but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries, thanks to the innovation, creativity, and pioneer spirit which drive our people.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Experience: No experience required.Qualifications: Knowledge of main engineering principles.
